Midwest Action is a locally-focused music blog I founded in 2011, and expanded into a DIY record label in 2015 with the help of my husband. Along with writing articles, managing our volunteer writers, and general website management, I developed the brand, customized our Wordpress website, scheduled our social media and email sends, and developed print and advertising materials.
